I’ve never been overcharged or pushed into unnecessary work. Every time there’s an issue, he explains it clearly and always tells me the price upfront before anything is done.
I also bought my bike from him, and the after-care has been incredible. Recently, I had a problem with my battery, and he replaced it completely free of charge. Not only that, he even dropped the battery off to me afterwards, and this was just three days before Christmas, when everyone is already busy. That level of customer service is extremely rare.
It’s clear he genuinely looks after his customers and stands by his work. My bike always comes back running perfectly, and I always feel confident knowing I’m getting honest advice and fair prices.
